William Coleman Freeman Jr was educated at the Hill School, Pottstown, PA, and Princeton University from which he graduated in 1906. He was a Banker, Pennsylvania state senator, state secretary of banking as well as secretary of the Cornwall Ore Bank Co., Cornwall, PA; director of the Lebanon County Trust Co., Lebanon, PA; and member of executive committee and board of directors, American Iron and Steel Co., Lebanon, PA; elected school director of Cornwall Twp. in Jan. 1906; elected to the House of Representatives in 1906; re-elected in Nov. 1908.
