He was a retired Corporal with the Alabama State Trooper Department. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Troy, Al and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Lathan Funeral Home, Grove Hill, AL. Funeral Service will be Sunday, December 22, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Lathan Funeral Home, Grove Hill, AL. Interment will be in Union Baptist Cemetery, Grove Hill, AL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Almost Home, Angle Tree or Fallen Heros.
