Geneva was a daughter of the late, Reverend General Sherman and Nina Elizabeth West Worley. Geneva Gertrude Worley Clark, age 96, passed away on Monday, May 09, 2016 at Pisgah Manor Nursing Home. A native of Haywood County, she was a daughter of the late, Reverend General Sherman and Nina Elizabeth West Worley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Hoyle Clark, who died in 1996; a son-in-law, Talmadge Roberts, Jr.; five sisters; and two brothers. Geneva lived with her daughter, Pat, from 2004 until her final months at Pisgah Manor. Geneva was a dear, precious lady. She enjoyed music and was a talented singer who sang in several quartets and trios and was also a member in both Calvary Baptist and Sunrise Baptist Church choirs. Geneva lived her life for the Lord and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. Her family was her life, and she was devoted to each one of them. She was especially fond and proud of her grandson and great-grandchildren. Geneva was also an excellent cook, most famous for her fried chicken. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia C. Grogan and her husband, Bill, of Candler; one brother, Jim Worley of Candler; one grandchild, Reverend Dr. Christopher S. Roberts (Janet), of Hendersonville; two great-grandchildren, Tara Hayes(Dustin), of Forest City, and Nathan Roberts of Hendersonville; and one great-great-grandchild, Mollie Catherine Hayes. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Christopher Roberts and Reverend Bryan Buchanan officiating. Burial will follow at Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Flowers are appreciated or memorials may be made to Sunrise Baptist Church, 719 Deaverview Road,
