On May 9, 1961 Patricia Ann Gordon was born to Reverend Cleveland Gordon Sr. and Mary Victoria Reeder Gordon. She was the 5th child of 7 children. Patricia confessed Jesus Christ and was baptized at an early age where she attended Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
Patricia attended public school in Houston, Tx where she graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1979. Shortly after she began her career as a Health Care Coordinator for a Urban League Head Start Program.
Patricia was united in marriage on June 3, 1983 to Clarence Helm of the United States Coast Guard. During their 30 year union, 3 beautiful daughters were born: Clarissa Patrice, Alivia Marie, and Victoria Estelle.
On Sunday December 15, 2013 Patricia Ann Gordon Helm was called home to eternal rest.
She is proceeded in death by her father Cleveland Gordon Sr., her mother Mary Victoria Gordon, and sister Clevette Gordon Hurt.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: Her husband of 30 years Clarence Helm; 3 Daughters: Clarissa Helm, AliviaHelm, Victoria Helm Miller( Donnie Sr. ); 4 grandchildren; Siblings: Cleveland Gordon( Faye), Flavia Bertrand( Michael), Terrance Gordon (Gloria), (Richard Hurt), Jacqueline Muckelroy(Theodore), Mary Francis (Eric); and 10 nieces, 6 nephews, and a host of great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
