MRS. EARL HOWE
Mrs. Agnes M. Howe, aged 72. of Schenevus, died October 12, in Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta, after an extended illness.

She was born December 14, 1892, in Downsville, the daughter of George and Mary (Gregory) Coats. She was married to Earl Howe of Walton on March 30, 1916. Most of her life she lived in the Treadweyy and Franklin vicinity until the death of her husband in 1940. Then she lived in Syracuse, Fla. and in Schenevus with her daughter.

She was a member of the Hialeah, Fla. Methodist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Williams of Schenevus; a son, Durwin of Hialeah, Fla.; eight grandchildren; a sister , Mrs. Marion Quackenbush of Oneonta, and a brother, Clayton Coats of Marietta.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday from the Howard Funeral Home in Franklin, with the Rev. Harris, pastor of the Schenevus Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Croton Union Cemetery in Treadwell.
