Born January 17, 1944, in Jasper, Mrs. Sanders had been a longtime Galveston County resident, having lived in LaMarque for the last 15 years. She was « homemaker who loved crocheting, reading romance novels, watching movies, and was known to many by her CB
handle, 'Bannie Hen'.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Becky Downey, survivors include her husband, Charles W. 'Rambo' Sanders; daughter, Robyn F. Fuerst, of Santa Fe; son, Alan DeWayne Sanders and
wife, Teresa, of Wilmington, North Carolina; son, Jeffery Warren Sanders of Ft. Stockton; daughter, Brenda Diane Wilcox and husband, Robert J., of Wilmington, North Carolina; and grandchildren, Vanessa Rose Sanders, Eric Joseph Sanders, Destiny Lynn Emry, Michael Fuerst,
Robert Jeffrey rR. J.' Sanders, Devan Scott Emry, Amanda Emry, Brandon Jacob Wilcox, Kyle Vernon, Kevin Vernon, and numerous other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m., ' Wednesday, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, with Pastor John Newton officiating. Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park
Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Bobby Wayne Emry, John Michael Fuerst, Hersel David Phillips, Alan
DeWayne Sanders, Eric Sanders, and Jeffery Warren Sanders. Honorary Casketbearer
will be Robert Joel Wilcox.

Friends may call from 5 - 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501.
