Mrs. Ollie Richards, 97, Was Wickenburg Pioneer
Wickenburg--Mrs. Ollie Richards, 97, a pioneer Wickenburg resident and the oldest living member of the First Presbyterian Church here, died yesterday in Wickenburg Community Hospital.
Mrs. Richards, a native of Boone County, Ark., came to Arizona in 1902 and settled in Prescott. She came to Wickenburg in 1922 with her husband, the late William Lee Richards, who was a pioneer Wickenburg merchant.
She was a charter member of the Hassayampa Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, and a past worthy matron of the chapter.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in the First Presbyterian Church, with burial in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
Mrs. Richards is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dottie Danielson, Phoenix, Mrs. Anna Lou Antrim, Prescott, and Mrs. Mary Marnell, Los Angeles, Calif.; three sons, Thomas P. and John M., both of Wickenburg, and Roy L. of Cottonwood, five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
