Aaron M. Sampson Sr.

HITCHCOCK - Aaron M. Sampson Sr., 52, of Hitchcock, died Sunday at Mainland Center Hospital in Texas City.

Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at J. Levy & Bro. Funeral Home of Galveston. The Rev. Janet Harrison will officiate. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Visitation has been set for 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Born Jan. 14,1937, in Galveston, Mr. Sampson was a pipefitter with Amoco Oil Company.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Sampson of Hitchcock; sons, Aaron M. Sampson Jr. and Michael George Sampson, both of Hitchcock; sister, Dorothy Juell of Galveston; and brothers, Milton Sampson Jr. of Galveston and William Sampson of Dickinson.

Pallbearers are David Melchor, Darryl Melchor, Leslie Clostio, Earl Clostio, George Kaiser and Milton Sampson III.
