Mark Alan Prince, 42, West Antioch, Springville, Tenn., died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2004, at Henry County Medical Center, Paris, Tenn.

He was a carpenter and cabinet maker and worked in home construction. He attended a Baptist church.

His father, Charles W. Prince, died Nov. 21, 2003. He was born Oct. 3, 1962, in Memphis, Tenn.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Sandra Shyvers Sappington, Mayfield; companion, Gail Evans, Springville, Tenn.; one sister, Ms. Cindy Prince, and three brothers, Kevin Prince, Jeff Prince and Jamie Lee Prince, all of Mayfield.

The funeral was held in the chapel of McEvoy Funeral Home, Paris, Tenn., at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday). Dr. Gary S. Collier officiated. Burial was in the Palestine Cemetery in Henry County, Tenn.

Mark Alan Prince, 42, of Springville was dead on arrival Sunday morning, Dec. 5, 2004, at Henry County Medical Center after an apparent heart attack.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Department state the cause of death was apparently aspiration.

A service is planned at 11 AM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home.

Gary S. Collier will officiate. Burial will be at Palestine Cemetery.

Visitation is scheduled after 10 AM Wednesday.

Born Oct. 3, 1962, in Memphis, he was a son of Sandra Shyvers Sappington of Mayfield and the late Charles W. Prince, who died Nov. 21, 2003.

Prince was a cabinet maker, carpenter and home construction worker. He attended the Baptist church.

He also leaves a sister: Cindy Prince of Mayfield; three brothers: Kevin, Jeff and Jamie Lee Prince, all of Mayfield; and special friend: Gail Evans.
