Dottie Johnson, age 87, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Funeral services are 2pm, Friday, December 20, 2013 at Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home Chapel.

Dottie Johnson was born May 25, 1926 in Depew to Tal and Stella (Wadley) Freeman. She departed this life on December 18, 2013 at the age of 87 years 6 months and 23 days. In March of 1948, Dottie married Hershell Johnson and to this union three children were born.
Dottie loved the outdoors; they would go camping as a family when the children were younger. She also loved working outside as well as cooking crocheting. Most of all Dottie loved spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Hershell Johnson, three sisters, Rebecca Messer, Josephine Goodwin and Aretha Johnson; and one grandson she called Tiger Joe.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00PM, Friday, December 20, 2013 at Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gene Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens in Bristow. (Hutchins Maples)
