Albert "Al" Ainsworth was born April 11, 1937 in Estelline, Texas to Hiriam and Etta Marie (Doyal) Ainsworth. He passed away on December 10, 2013 at his home in Eakly, Oklahoma at the age of 76.

He served in the United States Navy and later traveled extensively in the oilfield industry. He was a guard at the Great Plains Correctional Facility in Hinton, Oklahoma from 1996 until 2010. He also owned and operated A&C Rentals for many years.

On September 26, 2001 he was united in marriage to Linda Phillips in Wichita Falls, Texas. Al enjoyed fishing and riding his horse Prince, golfing and boating. He loved to fly and loved his dog Rockford Lee. Al was a workaholic and always stayed busy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Survivors include his wife Linda of the home in Eakly.

Two Sons: Alan and wife Connie Ainsworth of Texas, James Ainsworth of Burns Flat, Oklahoma.

Two Daughters: Anna and husband Bryan Benedict and Nancy and husband David Harbuck, all of Burns Flat, Oklahoma.

Ten Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren and one on the way.

Also surviving are the mother of his children, Cleo Ainsworth of Burns Flat, Oklahoma, His extended "Adopted" family, Ray Allen Lawrence of Elgin, Oklahoma, Kriket Love of Binger, Oklahoma, Sammi Watson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Rihana York of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma, Shannon McGrath and husband Jared of Kansas and Cynthia Mundell of Florida; many other friends and relatives.

Services were Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 2:00pm at the First Baptist Church in Eakly, Oklahoma with Rev. Ray Weathers officiating.
