Und weinend stehen wir an deiner Gruft;
O ruhe sanft; Dein Leben ist geendet,
Bis Dich der Herr zur Auferstehung ruft.
You have faithfully completed your day's labor,
And we stand weeping at your grave;
O rest gently; your life is ended,
Until the Lord calls you to the resurrection.
