Rosetta L. Smith Simmons, 71, of St. Albans, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Lester Smith and Ruth Evelyn 'Swanee Mae' Woodrum Smith, and also by her husband, Richard G. 'Whitey' Simmons. She was preceded in death by brothers Raleigh Whitfield Smith, Roy Eugene Smith and Franklin Delano Smith and sister Reba Dean Smith Hill. She was followed in death by a brother, Charles Lester Smith Jr. She leaves behind a brother, Jerry Smith of Michigan, and her memory is cherished by many nieces and nephews.
