Her funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 20, at 2 p.m. at Central Church of Christ with Pastor Lyle Hinebauch officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel.

Alice was born Nov. 9, 1921 in Scottsbluff, to Evert and Grace Lane. She was a nurse aid at Regional West Medical Center for 35 years in the nursery. She loved taking care of the babies, especially when her grandchildren were born. Alice also loved to cook, bake, and decorate cakes for her family and friends. She also took care of her mother in her own home for 10 years. She fought Alzheimer Disease for 15 years.
She was a member of Central Church of Christ and loved reading her bible. Alice also had a list of family and friends she would always pray for. Alice was baptized on Dec. 5, 1982.
She was married four times, first to Morris Duyck, Carl Dawkins, Oscar Anderson and finally Joe Smith.
Survivors include her sisters, Helen Fansler of Nevada and brother, Gene Lane (Jerene) of Scottsbluff; children, Morris Duyck ( Cindy) of Gering, Ronald Duyck of Scottsbluff, Janet Hewett (Marvin) of Scottsbluff, Jackalin Lockman (Marvin) of Spearfish, S.D.; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her four husbands; sisters, Betty Richard, Leone Lane; brother, Carrol Lane; son, Jack Duyck; grandson, Quindt Duyck and great-grandson, Mitch.
