Barbara was born Sept. 24, 1962, in Biloxi, Miss., to William Earnest and Anita Ruth Davids Handley and died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, in Enid. On Dec. 18, 2003, she married Vernon Baggerman. On Dec. 18, 2003, she married Vernon Baggerman. Barbara sang and played the piano. She was a member of Ringwood United Methodist Church. Surviving are husband, Vernon of Ringwood; father, William E. Handley of Enid; and brother, David Handley of Enid. Preceded by her mother.
