A Mechanicsburg resident, Cheryl was a faithful member of the Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church (McBIC) where she loved teaching the Abounding Grace class. Cheryl was passionate about sharing the abundant life in Christ with everyone.
Cheryl retired from the Florence Township, NJ school district where she worked as the Business Office Manager and always enjoyed spending time with her "Florence Loves."
Cheryl is survived by her beloved sons Nathan Douglas of Mechanicsburg, PA, Benjamin Michael and Cassandra Roberts and grandbaby Patterson of Biddeford Maine; her parents Jesse and Kay Owens of Boiling Springs, PA; her siblings Debra Comrie of Covington, WA, Laurie Owens of Boiling Springs, PA, David Owens of Washington, DC; several nieces and nephews and was loved by countless other relatives and friends.
A private burial will be held at the convenience of family at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
