Omaha Creche Founder Will Be Buried Tuesday

Mrs. Mary R. Kimball, 97, founder of the Omaha Creche, will be buried in Forest Lawn cemetery Tuesday afternoon following serivces at 2 o’clock at the home, 2236 St. Mary’s avenue. Rev. Lawrence Plank, pastor of First Unitarian church, is to conduct the ceremonies.

Pallbearers are to be Conrad Young, Joseph Barker, William L. Steele, J. D. Sandham, Charles Belden and George Mclntyre.

Mme. Kimball died shortly after midnight Friday after an illness of two months. She was the mother of Thomas R. Kimball, architect.

KIMBALL -- Mary Rogers, age 97, wife of late Thomas L. Kimball, died February 14 at her home. Mrs. Kimball is survived by her son, Thomas R. Kimball, and her daughters, Miss Arabel M. Kimball, and Mrs. George W. Holdrege.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 o’clock at the home, 2230 St, Mary’s Ave. Interment Forest Lawn. Inquiries may be addressed to the Burket chapel, HA 0090.

Honorary pallbearers were named Monday for the funeral of Mrs. T. L. Kimball, who died Friday night. They are: Mayor R. L. Metcalfe, C. N. Dietz, C. L. Stebbins, G. P. Stebbins, A. Forman, Charles Battelle, John Wilbur, H. S. Daniel, Henry Doorly, Harlow Reynolds and Dr. Theodore Livingston of Plattsmouth. The services are to be conducted at the home, 2236 St. Mary’s avenue, at 2 o’clock this afternoon by Rev. Lawrence Plank of First Unitarian church. Burial will be at Forest Lawn cemetery.
