Surviving are his wife and three sons, C. R. Darnell and C. E. Darnell, both of Dallas, and W. B. Darnell of San Antonio; and two daughters, Mrs. O. S. Calloway of Denison and Mrs. Fred Heim of San Antonio.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the new Oak Cliff Cemetery (Laurel Land Memorial Park).
