Rick is the son of Richard Horace "Dick" and Mary Lou Thomas Evans and his dear step-mother, Doris.
Rick attended Weber High School in North Ogden, Utah, and later became owner of Dick Evans Auto Body Shop, where he worked side-by-side with his father for 37 years.
Rick was loved by many, especially his children and granddaughter. They loved boating, hunting, fishing, and laughing around the fire with him.
At the time of his passing, he was survived by his three children, one granddaughter, his step-mom, Doris, and his brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents.
