Travis Hunter Miller, age 56, of Middletown, Virginia, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at his home.
A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 14th at Meadow Mill Church Of The Brethren with Pastor Fred Mauck officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Church Cemetery.
Mr. Miller was born November 1, 1957 in Winchester, Virginia, a son of Robert Luther and Mae Virginia Spiker Miller of Middletown. He was a member of Meadow Mills Church Of The Brethern and was a retired heavy equipment operator.
Surviving with his parents are two brothers, Wayne Luther Miller of Middletown and Robert "Bob" Miller and wife, Alesia "Ann" of Strasburg; his sister, Tamela "Tammy" Miller Curry and husband, Jay C. of Stephens City; his nieces and nephews, Randall (Scott) Miller, Nathan I. Miller, Branson L. Miller, Autumn N. Miller Jones, April M. Curry, Hannah J. Curry and Daniel R. Miller.
Pallbearers will be R. Scott Miller, Nathan I. Miller, Branson L. Miller, Daniel R. Miller, John Rudolph and Dale Wymer. Honorary pallbearers will be Autumn Miller Jones, April M. Curry, Hannah J. Curry, Brian Copeland, Jack Watts and Gary Bly.
The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home, 177 No. Holliday St., Strasburg on Friday from 6:00 p.m. To 8:00 p.m. and will meet at the church at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
