Margaret Elizabeth Faris Wycoff was the twin sister of John Brice Faris.
Margaret and Samuel were married on November 26, 1874 in Birmingham, Iowa (Van Buren county).
Margaret and her husband Samuel Wycoff moved to Seymour area at the same time that her mother Martha Faris did. Later they moved to Kansas and also lived part of their life in Carthage, South Dakota. Her final home was in Seymour, Iowa.
After Samuel was killed by a bull in 1916, she re-married twice. Her second husband was named John Ralston and her third husband was Frank Wilcoxen. Margaret is buried with Samuel Wycoff in Tharp Cemetery.
