Virginia Mae Hurst, age 70, Harrodsburg, died Friday, September 23, 2005 at the Bluegrass Community Hospital in Versailles, KY.

Born July 4, 1935 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Reuben and Daisy Deana (Beckham) Egbert, Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ebenezer Church of Christ.

Survivors include: four daughters: Cindy Quinn, Barbara Siler and Donna Young all of Harrodsburg and Melissa Osbourne of Lawrenceburg, KY; one son: Larry Siler of Harrodsburg, KY; and a brother: Elmer โ€œTuggleโ€ Egbert of Mercer County, KY; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Monday, September 26 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John David Lane and George Blakeman. Burial will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa.

Pallbearers are: J.T. Osbourne, Brad Quinn, โ€œShortyโ€ John Howard, Chris Merrideth, Albert Kjeltergaard, Bobby Cummins, Mike Yates and Tommy Quinn.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 25 after 5:00 PM and Monday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
