He is survived by his wife, Alice Mathews Hilton; four daughters, Doris Marie Perham, Alice Juanita Hahn, Billie Ruth Robertson, and Bettye Katherine DeKeyzer; two sons, Oscar William Hilton Jr and Harold Vernon Hilton; a sister, Adalee Peters; four brothers, Tom Hilton, Curtis M Hilton, Ernest Hilton, and Joseph A Hilton Sr; twenty-two grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
