Humbird -- Mrs Clara E Scholze, 93, died Tuesday at Black River Memorial Hospital in Black River Falls.
The former Clara Accola was born in Iowa County and married Theodore Scholze at Praire du Sac. The couple moved to a farm in the Humbird area and then to Humbird in 1952.
Survivors include nine sons, Theodore, Fontana, Calif., Louis, Edwin, Ruben, all of Humbird, Walter, Wisconsin Raids, Clarence, Rudolph, Frank, Hixton, Lawrence, Fairchild, and Robert, Boyd; two brothers Oswald Accola, Pittsville, Victor Accola, Wisconsin Rapids; and 40 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 pm Saturday at the Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, with burial in the town of Mentor cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 pm today and Saturday morning at the funeral home.
