Hall of Fame Professional Football Team Owner. He was the son of original New York Giants owner Tim Mara. In 1930, Tim turned over ownership to his sons Jack and Wellington. Jack died in 1965 and his son Tim Jr. became part owner. Wellington remained part owner until his death. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1997.
