Ellen Allers Freeman
1962 ~ 2013

December 9, 2013, Ellen passed peacefully at her Boise home. She was born April 1962 in Los Angeles to Allan and Donna Allers. They moved to Boise when Ellen was in 1st grade at Jackson Elementary. She also attended West Jr. High and Borah High.
Ellen married Harvey L. Freeman in 1980 and worked with him and his parents in Freeman Flower Shop in Boise.
In 1980 Adam A.L. Freeman was born to them and in 1982, Matthew H. Freeman, who married Sara Pagano in October, 2013. Ellen loved being with her sons and was interested in all their activities.
She loved the antics and affections of her well cared for cats and rescue greyhound (Angel). She played flute in school bands, was in 4-H, loved skiing and was an accomplished figure skater.
Ellen studied with the Bible Students of Boise and had much comfort in her Faith and the assurance that her life and whatever the outcome of last year's surgery for pancreatic cancer was in God's hands.
Ellen is survived by Harvey, sons Adam and Matthew (Sara), her parents Donna and Allan, brothers Dan (Jana), Andrew (Carole) and Don (Eileen). She had two nephews and four nieces.
There will be a Memorial Service in the Atrium of Foot Hills Christian Church, 9655 West State Street on December 30 at 1:30pm.
