Tammy L. Howard, 47, of Kankakee, passed away Sunday (Dec. 8, 2013) at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.
Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 26, 1966, in Hazel Crest, the daughter of Bill and Dee VanBuskirk Lambert. She married Donald J. Howard on April 6, 1990, in Kankakee.
She volunteered her time helping animals that need rescuing, enjoyed motorcycles and gardening.
Surviving are her husband, of Kankakee; her parents, of Bourbonnais; one son, Tyler Burge, of Georgia; one daughter, Tory Howard, of Kankakee; a sister, Vikki Lambert, of Louisiana; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rita and Dale Howard, of Joliet; one niece, Amber Lambert, of Tennessee; and two dogs, Marley and Mia.
