"Page Pioneer" Linda LeNeve Farris' paternal grandfather was, William Scott Farris. William Scott Farris was the father of "Page Pioneer" Kenneth Alvin "Ken" Farris, who married "Page Pioneer" Pansy Evelyn (Branson) Farris. They, and Linda's youngest brother, "Page Pioneer" David Branson "Dave" Farris, Page High School Class of 1970, helped to birth "America's Last Frontier" -- Page, Arizona. Linda was a 1961 PHS graduate.

Linda passed away at Kelly's Adult Care Home in Phoenix, Arizona. Her brother, Dave, had visited her on their dad, Ken Farris', 93rd birthday, October 5, 2013, and again just a week before she died. I visited her twice when she still lived in her home at 409 E. Pegasus Drive in Tempe, AZ.

At age nine, Linda was predeceased by her younger brother, just shy of his fifth birthday, Steven Eric "Steve" Farris, who was struck by a car and killed while he and Linda were crossing a street between two parked cars to buy some ice cream. Linda was also struck by the car, but she survived.

Linda was married first to Oscar C. Palmer, Jr. on June 13, 1973, in Las Vegas, Nevada, while both were residents of Arizona. Later, she married Gilbert James Santiago, and they had two daughters, Sara S. (Saree) Santiago & Shelli Santiago.

Linda's middle name was after her father's older sister, Clare LeNeve Farris, born January 20, 1911; married Gabe Purcell Ingram who died; then married Ted Salmon; LeNeve died November 12, 1972, no children).

James wrote: I'll always remember the night before I left New York to study in Rome. Linda was a flight attendant for Pan Am. She met me and she took me up to the top of her building to see the city. She made me feel closer to my family as I was about to not see any of them for a semester. She is now with her beloved mom.
