She was a retired legal secretary for the law office of Alan Leibson. She was a member of the Kentucky, National and International Legal Secretaries associations. She also was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, John T. "Jack" McMillen.
She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Charles E. Puckett; two sons, David and Doug Puckett (Susan); four grandchildren, Jennifer Honadel and Amanda, Allyson and Adam Puckett; a great-granddaughter, Madison Honadel; two half-brothers, James and Charles Phillips; and three special cousins, Anna E. Ryan, Howard "Leo" McMillen and Mary M. Dick.
Burial in St. James Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
