SERVICES ARE HELD FOR GRACE ADAMS
Funeral services for 88 year old Grace G. Adams were held on Saturday, March 17, at the Hennessey-VanCleave-Hurley Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
Grace Adams died on March 14 at the Missouri Valley Community Memorial Hospital, Missouri Valley, Iowa. She had been a residence of the Longview Care Center, in Missouri Valley.
She was born on November 18, 1895, at Calhoun, Iowa. Burial was in the Magnolia, Iowa Cemetery.
She is survived by four sons, five daughters, 36 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her Husband, Major R. Adams and one daughter, Elizabeth.
The surviving sons are: Wilbur Adams, Blair; Charles Adams, Blair; Harold Adams, Missouri Valley; and Don Adams, Mondamin.
Surviving daughters are: Eunice Stueve, Missouri Valley; Inex Layton, Modale; Bea Coats, Ord, Nebraska; Maxine Osburn, Blair; and Shirley Marriman, Omaha.
