SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services for Jimmie Love Warren, 95, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Marty Wright. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the funeral home.
Jimmie was born in Blanchard, LA on October 29, 1918 to Cleve and Mary Love and passed away on December 9, 2013. She was a resident of Shreveport, a homemaker and a member of Pinecroft Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Warren; daughter, Lynda Warren Cloud; grandson, Harold James Smith, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Betty Warren Fischer, Mary Gaynell Warren DeFriend, Sue Warren Finnell and Lisa Warren Storie; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, David Britt, Chris Morris, Matt Smith, Warren Anderson, Wayne Anderson, Jason DeFriend, Justin Hall, Zachary Storie.
