Mrs. Minnie Freyer, 88, of 1233 Ogden Avenue, died suddenly at her home at 9p.m. Saturday.
Born September 30, 1867 in Pommern, Germany, she came to this country in 1884. On Oct. 6, 1888 she was married to Emil Freyer. He died in 1943.
Mrs. Freyer is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Agnes Rock and Mrs. Alma Raeder, both of Benton Harbor; a son Frank of Stevensville. Two Sisters, Mrs. Louise Binger of Stevensville and Mrs. Caroline Loraff of Bridgman; 23 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman. The Rev. Theodore Stolp, church pastor will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Bridgman.
Friends may call at the Kerlikowske Funeral Home in St. Joseph until 10:30am Wednesday at which time the body will be taken to the church.
