GIBSON--Mary V. Gibson, 15 La Paloma Ave., Alhambra, passed away at her home July 30, 1964. A native of Iowa, she lived in this vicinity 42 years. Surviving are daughter, Miss Emma Jeane Bird of San Gabriel, brother Orville F. Hoover of Alhambra, sister Mrs. Ethel Roach of Sierra Madre and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gibson was a former member of South Pasadena American Legion Auxilliary. Services 11 a.m. Saturday Aug. 1, from the Garden Chapel of Pierce Bros.-Fred A. Turner, 1000 Fremont Ave., South Pasadena, with the Rev. Charles J. Clark officiating. Interment private.
