He was united in Marriage to his beloved wife, Gerry Nance, on April 30, 1957 and to this union were born their two special angels, Sheryl Lynn and Marcia Kay, together they shared the last fifty-seven years.
Preceding him in death were his parents, wife Gerry on November 19, 2013, and two daughters, Sheryl Lynn on September 18, 1981 and Marcia Kay and her husband Jonathan Will Witt on August 26, 1993, and one brother Bill Robb.
Survivors include his brother Bob Dillon of Danielsville, Georgia, along with several nieces and nephews.
