Jerry Allen Earnest, 41, of Winfield, died Thursday. He was a graduate of Winfield High School and attended Northwest Technical College in Hamilton. He served three years in the Army and one year in Vietnam. He was an aircraft mechanic with Ram Aircraft. He was a member of Winfield First Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at the church, with burial in Marion County Memorial Gardens, Miles directing. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Louise Hallman Earnest; his mother, Mrs. Melia McMillian Earnest, Winfield; a brother, Dabbs Earnest, Guin, and two sisters, Mrs. June Trull, Winfield, and Mrs. Linda Godsey, Rogersville.
