Born in Washington, DC to Delores and Willie Daniels. Benjamin was a man who touched the lives of many people and knew how to make others around him laugh. Any time he spoke to somebody he always was passionate about what he said. He has truly touched the lives of many and will continue to smile down on all of us. Ben enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and watching sports. (Redskins)

Survived by his wife of 28 years and 11 months Debra; sons Brandon (Diana) Daniels and Brian Daniels; brothers Willie Daniels, Lawrence (Diana) Daniels, Richard (Cathlene) Daniels; sisters Brenda (Calvin) Todd, Julia (James) Moore and Crystal Daniels; grandchildren Jayden and Jazlyn; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other friends.
A funeral service will be conducted on October 11, 2013 at Bibleway Holiness 2520 Dexter St, Chesapeake, VA, following the service Benjamin will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.
