Richard McGinnis of Spiro, Oklahoma was born December 25, 1933, in Prairie Valley, Oklahoma to Claude Albert and Beulah (Cleere) McGinnis and passed away December 8, 2013, in Pocola, Oklahoma at the age of 79. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Buck, John and Pat McGinnis and one sister, Willa Lou Jones Guinn. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was owner and operator of R & S Bit and Chemical Company for 34 years. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 12, 2013, at Mallory-Martin Chapel in Spiro with Reverend Robert Hill officiating. 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Calvary Way Church in Prague, Oklahoma with Reverend Starland Davis, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Prague Cemetery in Prague, Oklahoma under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma
