PATRICIA COFFIN LIPPS 65, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013, in Kindred Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was born March 12, 1948, in Lewiston, Maine, the daughter of the late Winfield L Jr and Carmen (Gilbert) Coffin. She was retired from Bethel township fire department as a dispatcher. She also did many years as an advanced E.M.T. and firefighter with Bethel Clark. She is survived by a loving husband of 46 years, Harold Lipps; a son, Anthony Lipps (Dawn Martin) of New Carlisle; a daughter Theresa Lipps (Steve Helm) of Huber Heights; grandchildren, Dustin Mayes, Zachary Helm, Little Anthony, Carmen Lipps, Nickolaus Lipps, Alexis Helm, Aaron Helm, and Nakayla Lipps; and other relatives, grandchildren and friends.
