He is survived by his wife Dorothy; two daughters Mrs Norman (Evelyn) Libby and Mrs Frank O (Priscilla) Stephens Jr both of Auburn, ME; a son Henry Howe Packard Jr of Mechanic Falls, ME; a sister Miss Abbie Packard of Brockton, MA; a brother John F Packard of Whitman, MA; seven grandhcildren.
