Services for Louise Nash, 78, of Tyler, were held on Thursday, September 6, 2001, at the Lloyd James Funeral Chapel with Rev. Michael Wright and Brother Johnny Beard officiating.
Burial was in Cathedral in the Pines under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home, Tyler.
Mrs. Nash died September 3, 2001, at her home in Tyler.
She was born September 7, 1922, in Jackson Miss. and had lived in Tyler since 1958. She was a homemaker and member of Calvary Baptist Church. Louise married J. B. Nash, Jr. on Dec. 25, 1930, at County Line Baptist Church in Miss.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Nash in 1991, and son, Terry Lee Nash in 1979,
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Joe Ray and Sue Nash of Tyler, Roger and Carolyn Nash of Tyler, Gary and Gayla Nash of Longview; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and John Hickman of Cooper; brother Paul B. Wynne of Jackson, Miss.; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jeff Nash, Jason Nash, Bryan Nash, Bradley Nash, Daniel Nash, Tim Oson, and Ronnie Nash.
