Paul Michael Bray was born in Baltimore, MD and moved with the family to Savannah, GA then Bristol, TN then Alexandria, VA. He graduated from Edison High School, the University of Texas at Dallas, and Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He was married to Caroline Jane Young of Arlington, Va from 1976-79. He was married to Elizabeth Ann Sistrunk of Dallas, TX from 1982 to 2001 and they had two children John Michael (b:1984) and Matthew Thomas (b:1985). They attended Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. He was married to Rosie Dela Cruz of Manila, Philippines from 2011 until his death. Michael and Rosie attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, TX. He worked for C&P Telephone (now Verizon) from 1968-79, DSC Communications (now Alcatel-Lucent) from 1979-96, Samsung from 1996-2002, EDS (now HP) from 2006-2009, and taught college at DeVry University and ITT Tech from 2002-2011. Michael enjoyed travel, computers, music, and shortwave ham radio. His death was Liver Cirrhosis due to Methotrexate prescribed for Psoriatic Arthritis. Michael loved life and enjoyed helping and teaching others about complex technical issues.
