Ruth Weeks, age 66, of Ducktown, TN of Blue Ridge passed away on Friday, December 6, 2013, at the Life Care Center of Copper Basin in Ducktown, TN. She was the daughter of the late June Kinser and Amanda Elizabeth Stewart Kinser. Ruth was a homemaker and a member of the New Antioch Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Frank E. Weeks; two sons, Edward Weeks and William F. Weeks both of Blue Ridge, GA; three grandchildren, Alisha Weeks, Kayla Weeks and Ronald Zielke; two great-grandchildren and sister, Ruby Morgan of Hoganville, GA.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. James Howard Galloway officiating. Interment will follow at New Antioch Baptist Cemetery, Pallbearers will be Ronald Zielke, John Weeks and Jeff Weeks.
