I suspect that she was buried near her children in the Cavinee Family Cemetery in Perry Co., OH, but a marker hasn't been located for her or proof of that burial location found.

According to the research of Steve Poling, Lindy Wilson, and the late Ethel Albin, as well as a little research of my own, Polly was born around 1798. She had died by 1846 when her father's will was probated. She m. Caleb Barnes Jr. in about 1818 in PA. Their children were:

Enora Barnes, who m. Moses Powell on 27 May 1838 in Perry Co., OH.

Ozias Barnes, who m.Mary E. Lehman on 1 Dec. 1844 in Perry Co., OH.

John Barnes, b. 1823 PA and d. 1839 Perry Co., OH.

Rebecca Barnes married John Breen. Their son John Breen d. 1923 Akron, OH and is buried in the Shawnee Cemetery, Perry Co., OH.

Mary Ann Barnes, who m. Michael Diller on 13 April 1854 in Perry Co., OH.

Dawson Barnes, who was m. first to Rebecca Ellen McCormick in 1856 in Perry Co., OH and secondly to Mary Catherine "Catherine" Palmer on 13 March 1859 in Perry Co., OH.

Caleb Barnes III, who m. Martha Ann Marlow on 28 Aug. 1862 in Perry Co., OH. Corp. CalebBarnes served in the 90th OH Infantry, Co. H and d. 27 Jan. 1863 in TN during the Civil War, according to a family tree at Familysearch.org. That date of death was unsourced. His widow received his pension in OH, according to a pension card on that same web site. She secondly m. Amos Johnson Woods and is sharing a headstone with a sister in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Maxville, Perry Co., OH.

James Barnes, who m. first Matilda Jane Nixon 1847-1871 on 19 April 1866 in Perry Co., OH. He secondly m. Levina Harden, b. about 1855 on 26 Dec. 1872 in Hocking Co., OH.
