Catholic Church at Wilmot at 9:00 a. m.
Tuesday.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Walter Wilkinson was born on September 10,
1886, in Midland County and spent most of
his life in Tuscola County. He was a
blacksmith by trade and an active member
of the Townsend Club.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary
Wilkinson, of Deford; one son, three
daughters and four grandchildren; a
brother, William Wilkinson, and two sisters,
Mrs. Celia Marsh and Mary Josephine Thick,
both of Flint. He also leaves his fiancee,
Mrs. Etta Springer, of Detroit to whom he
was to have been married this summer.
