Keith Brian Burns, son of Eugene and Barbara Eunice Edwards Burns, was born, January 23, 1963 in Belton, Missouri. He departed this life, Wednesday, December 4, 2013, in his home, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of fifty years, ten months and eleven days.

He started dating Brenda Kay Martin in 1981 and the two became one in marriage on April 21, 1988 in Camdenton, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Burns and three brothers, Kevin, Rick and Shawn Burns.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Burns of the home; a daughter, Katherine Hooker and husband Ben; a son, Brian Burns and wife, Arum; two grandchildren, Samarah and Benjamin Hooker all of Camdenton, Missouri; his father, Eugene "Bud" Burns of Camdenton, Missouri, a sister, Vicky Leffert and husband Donnie of Linn Creek, Missouri; a brother, Rusty Burns of Camdenton, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Keith was raised in Camdenton and worked in concrete construction most of his life. Keith was saved at Webster Grove Missionary Baptist Church and was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and camping. He loved his horses and spent every moment he could riding. Most of all, time spent with family and friends were important to him.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2013 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Burns Family Cemetery, Camdenton. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., Saturday in the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to the family and left at the funeral home.
