Amy Elizabeth Haynes was born with congenital problems on January 29, 1963 at Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee's Saint Thomas Hospital, the daughter of Joe Mann Haynes (1936–2018) and Barbara Jean (Norman) Haynes of 1926 Pinehurst in rural Nashville.
She was 2 days old when she died of congestive heart failure on January 31, 1963 at the hospital, and burial was on February 1st in Spring Hill Cemetery, Madison {city, not county}.
