Erma Lucretia Robinson was born on February 13, 1945, to Edward and Evelyn Robinson in Independence. She attended local schools and Independence Junior College. She moved to Washington, D.C. and was employed by the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company as a data entry clerk. She enjoyed spending time at her Freedom Landing Day Program, shopping, music, and spending time with her family.
Erma is survived by her children: Vivian Miles, Stafford, VA; Sallie McDonald, Bowie, MD; Juliette Robinson, Waldorf, MD; Evelyn Sturgis, Upper Marlboro, MD; Terry Lumpkin, Indianapolis, IN; Edward Robinson, Broken Arrow, OK; and Debbie Clark, Independence, KS; Aunt and Uncle; James and Ethel McNeil, and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and a brother.
Services under the direction of locally-owned Webb Family Funeral Service Independence.
