Gary Lee Hunter, 76, of New London, died Monday, December 2, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Hunter was born September 12, 1937 in Burlington, the son of Delvin Dwight and Gertrude Geren Hunter. On May 21, 1960 he married Shirley Ann Underwood in New London. He attended New London Schools and was of the Christian faith.
He worked for Pepsi Cola in Burlington and retired from Heatilator in Mt. Pleasant. He also owned his own painting business and mowed yards.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son-in-law Nevelle Wiggins, and one brother-in-law Ken Overlin.
