Funeral services will be held 12:00PM Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Rose Hill Chapel of Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC, 2919 Hamilton Road, Columbus with the Reverend Alvin Bunch officiating. Interment will follow with military honors a Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, AL according to Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC. Visitation will be today, Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the funeral home. Mr. Willis was born December 24, 1920 in Harris County, Georgia, son of the late Doc Frank Willis and Eula Mae Riley Willis. He was educated in the Harris County School system and was an honorably discharged United States Army World War II Veteran. After his discharge he worked as a Custodian at Rigdon Road Elementary School for several years. Mr. Willis was a faithful member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Tuskegee, Alabama until his health deteriorated. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, daughter, two stepchildren, seven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 15 step-grandchildren, 10 step great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law and a host of other relatives and friends. The processional will depart 3731 Hwy 27 , Cataula, Georgia, Friday at 11:00AM
