Timothy D. Knapp, 50, of Richwood, died Tuesday evening, December 3rd surrounded by his loving family at his home. He was retired from the Marysville Water Treatment Facility.

A man of faith, he was a member of the Vineyard Simple Organic Church. He was also a member of the Marysville Moose Lodge #1651 and the Eagles Lodge #2352. He thoroughly enjoyed motorcycles and spent his spare time riding. He was a devoted husband, and a loving father and son.

Tim was born July 24, 1963 in Kenton to Franklin D. Knapp and Linda Lou (Boyd) Heath. He married the former Danielle Mendiola on August 17, 2013 in Marysville. He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin.

He is survived by his wife, Danielle; sons Jon, Tyler and Eric Knapp; step-sons Eddie, Matthew and Jesse; step-daughters Maria and Emily; step-grandchildren Sylvia, Ellie, and Matthew; brothers Franklin D. "Dan" (Mary) Knapp Jr., Charles (Eileen) Knapp, and William J. Knapp; and the Talisman Family.

Calling hours will be held from 12-2 pm and 6-8 pm Friday at the Ingram Funeral Home where a memorial service will be 11am Saturday with the Rev. Tony Pfarr officiating. Burial will follow at Claibourne Cemetery.

In Tim's memory, contributions may be made to the Tim Knapp Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
